RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is effective up to 30 days after your purchase date. In normal circumstances, where more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some circumstances where we may consider a partial refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If your return has been approved but you haven’t received your refund, please re-check your bank account in the first instance. Also contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, or your bank as there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund under the returns policy. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, when received. If you need to complete an exchange for the same item, please contact us
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit to the value of your returned item(s). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the refund in line with the returns policy, with the payment refunded to the purchaser.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us to arrange the return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs in relation to the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, delivery times may vary for an exchanged product to reach you.
If you are returning an item with a value over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped using a non-trackable service.
